The goal of therapy is to make positive changes in your sexuality or sexual relationship. I give specific strategies and homework to accomplish this as quickly and effectively as possible. Sexual problems are very personal and thus can be difficult to talk about. I understand this and will work to help you feel comfortable discussing them.
