Payment and Delivery

After making a purchase, you will receive electronic access to you purchase instantly. All products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. We have no subscriptions or recurring purchase. All payments are one-time. Transactions will appear on your bank statement as "THATQUIZ".

Refund Policy

If you have any issues with your purchase or with delivery of your digital goods, please contact us. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation as soon as possible. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied for any reason, contact our team. We will issue a refund right away. Once we issue a refund funds usually take 5-7 business to arrive in your account.

Affiliate Program Policy

We have just a few rules for our affiliate program. No surprises, just a few terms we should agree on:

• Abuse (in any form) will result in having your account banned and future payouts cancelled.
• Search engine ads are allowed (just avoid branded terms or domain names). Same logic applies for Facebook ads or social media ads.
• Never pretend to be acting on behalf of ThatSexQuiz.com or in any other official role or capacity (ie. as an employee, a spokesperson, etc).
• We reserve the right to change the Affiliate Program Policy at any time.
• For any payout we do, we expect to receive an invoice from you. This can be in your personal name or on behalf or your own company. We can help you get started with this, if this is unclear.
• Any payout value is calculated net fees, including payment processing fees, taxes, and currency conversions.
• Payouts will be in USD.
• If a payment is refunded to a customer for any reason your earnings will be adjusted to reflect the change.
• We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for violation of any of the rules at our sole discretion. Commissions generated by mechanisms that are in violation of our Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.

Affiliate commissions can be paid as soon as your balance hits a minimum of $250 USD.
