Philosophy

I work from a humanistic and collaborative approach. I believe that every individual is unique and tailor my interventions to reflect that uniqueness. I have the knowledge, expertise, and skills to help you, but also feel that you know yourself the best and that your input needs to be included in the therapy process. I take a active role in my therapy sessions and my objective is to help you achieve the goals that you define and to help you live the most fulfilling life possible.
