Philosophy
I focus on sexuality within the context of your personal developmental and the effect it has on your primary intimate relationship. We will investigate your relationship with your body, the construction of your sexual script and ways to challenge it. We will practice ways to talk comfortably about sex with the important people in your life. Sexual concerns may include sexual anxiety, erectile dysfunction, preorgasmia, lack of desire etc. I use an eclectic approach of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness.
Hours
Full time private practice in West Hollywood and Silver Lake, some weekend hours available.
