Philosophy
I use each person's sense of meaning to work toward change. I believe we are most moved by our emotions - what we cherish, love, what we find meaningful and satisfying, what brings us joy (as much or more than wanting relief from pain and fear). I believe we each move toward healthy change when we explore what is meaningful to us and the others we love.
