This counselor utilizes an eclectic approach, meaning that she does not apply a one-treatment model for all clients. Instead, she considers different counseling theories, concepts and techniques to tailor treatment to the client. She fosters empowering the client with the client learning skills in counseling that may be used outside of the therapeutic session for current or future issues and problems. The length of treatment is determined in mutual agreement with the client. However, the client may terminate treatment whenever the client deems it appropriate. There is no set number of sessions that the client must attend.
