Philosophy

I believe that sex and sexuality are integral parts of who we are and that they allow us to connect with joy, pleasure, and love. I prioritize and have passion for my continuing education in this field as we are learning more about sexual issues every day. It is quite common during our lives that we may want some education and/or assistance in improving our sex lives or in healing from sexual trauma. I work with individuals and couples collaboratively and use evidence-based practice modalities to customize a plan that works most effectively for you. I realize it can be difficult to talk to someone about sexual issues. Therefore, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so that you can feel more comfortable and certain if you choose to work with me.

Generally, I offer clinical hours 1pm to 7pm during weekdays.
