In addition to individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy I am trained in several post-trauma treatment techniques; Somatic Experiencing, EMDR , and Brain Spotting. I use my knowledge and skills in all of these areas to help people overcome problems with anxiety, depression, sexual problems, and personal and relationship problems related to current or past life experiences.

Philosophy

Through my Somatic Experiencing training and my understanding of neurobiology I believe that people can change at any age. I love to help individuals and couples find relief from restrictive patterns in relationship and in sexuality.
