Specialization
I have been a college educator since 1977. While teaching, I have held leadership positions in various nonprofit organizations that provide reproductive health and sexuality services and information to individuals and the community. I am available to develop, implement, conduct or evaluate programs that are designed to provide accurate and complete sexuality education to people of all ages. I have special interest in adolescent sexuality, prevention of STIs, unplanned pregnancy, and transgender issues.
Philosophy
My mission in sexuality education is to reduce confusion and prejudice that arise from misinformation and fear. I support and affirm the broad spectrum of healthy attitudes and practices related to reproductive health and sexuality. I believe that every individual has the right to comprehensive information regarding sexuality in order to make responsible choices.
