Philosophy

I am psychodynamic in philosophy but eclectic in my approach. Each persons treatment needs are different so therapy must be adjusted. Often a combination of insight, cognitive & behavioral therapies are useful. Overall, therapy is the relationship between therapist and client and using this relationship to work with life stressors. In our lives problems arise with family, work, emotions and interpersonal relationships which are addressed in therapy.
